Capt. Dolly McMahan

Captain Dolly McMahan is the commander of the Field Operations Division.

Field Operations is comprised of the Uniform Patrol Division, the Part-Time Officers Unit, the Holly Springs Law Enforcement Explorer Post and the Criminal Investigations Division.

Field Ops is responsible for the vast majority of the uniform and plainclothes police operations within the police department and accounts for more than 90% of the personnel.

Capt. McMahan also serves as the department’s Training Director; thereby she manages and is responsible for all mandated in-service training, the Field Evaluation Training Program for new officers, and other officer discretionary training.
